Measures Against Unacceptable Behavior

We have the right to prevent you from making any bookings and/or cancel any booking you have already made, and/or prevent you from using our platform, our customer service, and/or your account. Of course, we will only do so if there is, in our opinion, a valid reason, such as:

  • Fraud or abuse.
  • Non-compliance with our values or applicable laws and regulations.
  • Inappropriate or illegal behavior (such as violence, threats, or privacy violations) towards us, any of the companies we deal with, or anyone else in this regard.

If we cancel a booking for this reason, you will not be entitled to a refund. We may inform you of the reason for the cancellation, unless we notify you that (a) you are in violation of applicable laws and/or (b) we are preventing or obstructing the discovery or prevention of fraud or other illegal activities. If you believe we have canceled your booking unfairly, please contact our customer service team.
