Prohibited Content and Disciplinary Measures

The Imkan platform reserves its full right, without any prior obligation, to take appropriate action against any user in the event of proven or reasonable suspicion of unacceptable or non-compliant behavior with these terms, including but not limited to:

  • Preventing the user from making new bookings.
  • Cancelling any existing or confirmed booking.
  • Suspending or terminating access to the platform, customer service, or account temporarily or permanently.

These actions are taken when there is a legitimate reason, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud, misuse, or providing misleading information.
  • Non-compliance with these terms, platform values, or applicable laws and regulations.
  • Inappropriate or illegal behavior, including violence, threats, defamation, or violation of others' privacy, whether towards the platform, service providers, or any third party.

Cancellation and No Refund

In the event of cancellation of any booking as a result of this behavior, the user is not eligible for any refund of paid amounts, without prejudice to any other legal rights of the platform.

Notification and Objection

The platform may – without obligation – notify the user of the reason for the action taken, unless refraining from notification is necessary for legal compliance or to prevent or detect fraud or other illegal activities.

If the user believes that the action was taken against them in error, they can contact the customer service team through the approved channels to review the request.
