Termination and Cancellation

You can cancel your Imkan account by contacting us.

The obligations and responsibilities of both parties that arose prior to the termination date shall remain in effect for all purposes.

These terms of service remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or otherwise failing to comply with any term of these terms of service. We may also terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice.

If Imkan allows the registration of an account on Imkan Store, it will remain indefinitely, according to these general terms and conditions.

If you breach any of the obligations in these general terms and conditions, or if Imkan reasonably suspects that you have violated the general terms and conditions or any of Imkan's provisions, policies, or guidelines in any way, Imkan has the right to:

• Temporarily suspend your access to Imkan Store;
• Permanently prevent you from accessing Imkan Store;
• Suspend or delete your account from Imkan Store; and/or
• File a legal claim against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise.

You may not take any action to circumvent a suspension, ban, or block from Imkan Store (including, but not limited to, creating and/or using a different account) if Imkan suspends or blocks your access to Imkan Store, whether in whole or in part.

If any court or other competent authority determines that the provisions of these general terms and conditions are unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect. If part of it is removed, that part will be considered deleted, and the rest of the section will remain valid.

Imkan may suspend a customer's use of services, change the customer's username and password, and terminate their status as a customer if it discovers that the customer:

1. Provided incorrect information at registration or provided such incorrect information when using the services.
2. Violated laws, regulations, or the terms of service.
3. Engaged in dishonest behavior when using the services.
4. May have made errors when entering their password within the allowed number of attempts or taken other actions that may lead Imkan to take necessary measures to ensure the security of the concerned customer.
5. Imkan disclaims any responsibility for any defect or damage to any customer whose registration has been canceled or account suspended.
