- The Platform includes the website, mobile applications, and any related digital interfaces, hereinafter referred to as (the 'Platform' or 'Imkan' or 'we').

- By accessing or using the Platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms.
- If you do not agree to any provision, you must refrain from using the Platform.
- These terms apply to all users of the Platform without exception.
- Management reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
- Updates take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
- Your continued use of the Platform after the update is published constitutes implied acceptance of the updated version.
- Terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the Definitions page published within the Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise.
- An account must be created with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and any activity conducted through their account.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- Creating more than one account without Management approval is prohibited.
- When registering on behalf of a legal entity, the registrant assumes full legal responsibility.
- Management reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account in cases of:
- Providing inaccurate information.
- Violating terms or policies.
- Engaging in unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- User request to close the account.
- The Platform is not liable for any loss of data associated with a canceled account.
- Users must immediately notify Management of any security breach.
- Users agree to receive promotional messages, with the right to unsubscribe at any time without affecting their right to use the services.
- Management reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration or service request for regulatory or security reasons.
- The Platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- The Platform operates solely as a technical intermediary between users and service providers.
- The Platform is not a party to any contractual relationship between the user and the service provider.
- Service providers are responsible for the accuracy and validity of their listings and content.
- Management reserves the right to review or remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing Platform content without prior written consent is prohibited.
- Using the Platform for unlawful activities, providing misleading information, or impersonation.
- Attempting to hack Platform systems, distributing malicious software, or using automated tools without authorization.
- Abuse, defamation, making fake bookings, or filing malicious complaints.
- Violating intellectual property rights or publishing content that violates laws.
- Management may take appropriate measures including suspending or canceling accounts, canceling bookings, taking legal action, and seeking compensation.
- Bookings are made through the Platform in accordance with service provider policies.
- All payments are processed electronically through approved methods.
- Prices displayed are final at the time of booking according to the service provider's policy.
- Cancellations, modifications, and refunds are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy published separately.
- The Platform reserves the right to cancel non-compliant or fraudulent bookings without notice.
- All listing details (images, specifications, prices) are the sole responsibility of the service provider.
- The Platform makes technical efforts to ensure listing quality without guaranteeing non-essential formal differences.
- Management may restrict or remove any listing without prior notice.
- If a service becomes unavailable after booking, the service provider is responsible for refunding the amount or providing an alternative according to their policies.
- The Platform does not guarantee that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- The Platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or services, except in cases resulting directly from a serious technical error.
- The Platform's role is limited to providing the technical infrastructure for connecting parties.
- All intellectual and technical rights, designs, and logos are exclusively owned by the Platform or Bee Global Group.
- Use or exploitation of any part of these rights without prior written consent is prohibited.
- The Platform bears no responsibility for delays or breaches resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government decisions, or general technical failures.
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- The courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- These Terms are an integral part of the Platform's policies, including:
- Privacy Policy
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Management reserves the right to update these Terms at any time as set forth above.
- The English version (if available) is the authoritative reference in case of conflict.
