Owner & Operator: Imkan Platform (IMKAN.TOURS) is owned by Bee Global Group and operated by Bee Global Bahrain W.L.L (the "Platform").
- Please read these terms carefully before using or registering on the Platform.
- By accessing or using the Platform, you explicitly agree to comply with these terms.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.
- These terms apply to all sections of the Platform, its subsidiaries, agents, and contracted service providers.
- Management reserves the right to amend, update, or remove any clause at any time without prior notice.
- Any updates take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform.
- Your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes implied acceptance of the revised version.
- Platform: The Imkan website (imkan.tours) and its applications, owned by Bee Global Group and operated by Bee Global Bahrain W.L.L.
- User: Any individual or entity using the Platform to browse or book services.
- Service Provider: Any party offering travel-related services via the Platform (hotels, airlines, transportation, tour operators, etc.).
- Account: A digital account created on the Platform.
- Booking: A request submitted by the User to purchase or reserve a service.
- Services: All travel-related offers and packages published through the Platform.
- Management: The entity responsible for running and operating the Platform.
- Terms: This document in its entirety, including all future updates.
- The Platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Service Providers are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of their listings.
- Management reserves the right to review or remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
- The Platform is not liable for any content posted by Service Providers or Users.
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing content from the Platform is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Platform.
- The Platform acts solely as a technical intermediary and is not a contractual party to any agreement between the User and the Service Provider.
- Users must create a personal account with accurate, complete information and update it whenever necessary.
- Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure and are fully accountable for all activity under their account.
- Creating more than one account without prior approval from Management is prohibited.
- If registering on behalf of a legal entity, the registrant assumes full legal responsibility.
- Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in cases of:
- Providing false or inaccurate information.
- Violating these terms or related policies.
- Engaging in unlawful activities.
- A user's request to close their account.
- The Platform is not liable for the loss of any data associated with a canceled account.
- Creating an account constitutes explicit acceptance of these terms and related policies.
- Users must immediately notify Management of any security breach.
- Users agree to receive promotional messages, with the option to withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time via the provided links or by contacting the Platform. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the user's ability to continue using the services.
- Management reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration or service request for regulatory or security reasons.
Users and Service Providers are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Legal Violations: Using the Platform for unlawful activities, providing misleading information, impersonation, or using unauthorized payment methods.
- Technical Violations: Attempting to hack the Platform's systems, distributing viruses or malware, or using bots to make bookings without permission.
- Behavioral Violations: Defamation, abuse, submitting fake bookings, or filing malicious complaints.
- Intellectual Property Violations: Copying or republishing content without permission, or uploading content that violates laws or third-party rights.
- Platform Actions: Management may suspend or cancel accounts, cancel bookings, pursue legal action, and seek compensation for damages.
- The Platform acts solely as a digital intermediary for displaying travel services.
- Payments are processed exclusively through the approved electronic payment channels.
- Prices shown at the time of booking are final and include applicable taxes/fees as set by the Service Provider.
- The Platform bears no responsibility for the performance, quality, or suitability of services.
- Service Providers must have the legal right to offer their services.
- The Platform reserves the right to cancel fraudulent or non-compliant bookings without notice.
- Service Providers agree to indemnify the Platform against any claims, fines, or costs arising from legal violations, service failures, or inaccurate information provided.
- All service details (images, specifications, prices) are the sole responsibility of the Service Provider.
- While the Platform takes technical measures to ensure quality, it is not responsible for minor or non-essential discrepancies.
- Management may restrict or remove any listing without prior notice.
- The Platform does not guarantee the quality or availability of services.
- If a service becomes unavailable after booking, the Service Provider is responsible for issuing a refund or providing an alternative in line with their policies.
- The Platform provides an interface for displaying services offered by Providers and is not responsible for any errors or delays on their part.
- The Platform is not a party to the contract between the User and the Provider.
- Users are responsible for reviewing all service details before confirming a booking.
- Cancellations or modifications are subject to the Provider's policies.
- Management may cancel any unlawful or fraudulent booking without liability.
- Misuse of booking services or mistreatment of Providers or staff is strictly prohibited.
- Complaints and inquiries should be directed to the Providers directly.
- The Platform does not guarantee that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- The Platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform or its services, except in cases arising directly from a serious technical fault.
- The Platform's role is limited to technical facilitation.
- All intellectual and technical rights, including designs and logos, are the exclusive property of the Platform or Bee Global Group.
- Use or exploitation of any part of these rights without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
- The Platform bears no responsibility for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, epidemics, government decisions, or widespread technical outages.
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- The courts of Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
- These Terms are an integral part of the Platform's policies (including the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy).
- If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
