Registration on Imkan Platform

Some services and features available through the Imkan platform (such as booking, purchasing, or registering as a service provider) may require creating a user account. When registering, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and update it immediately upon any change, including name, phone number, email address, and any relevant commercial, tourism, or medical data.
Using false email addresses or impersonating any individual or entity is prohibited, and the user bears full legal responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
These terms apply to all users, whether individuals, legal entities, or service providers, and using the platform constitutes explicit acceptance of them. If you do not agree to any provision, you must refrain from using the platform.
The user must ensure that any person or entity managing or representing their account complies with these terms.
Creating more than one account per user is not permitted, and Management reserves the right to suspend or cancel any additional or non-compliant accounts.
The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and passwords, and for all activities conducted through their account, and must immediately notify Management of any unauthorized use.
Upon registration, the user agrees to receive notification or promotional messages related to services, with the right to unsubscribe at any time through available means, without affecting their right to use the platform.
The platform reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration, request, or transaction at any time for regulatory, security, or technical reasons, without assuming any liability.
The user acknowledges that any comments or content they provide through the platform does not violate the rights of others, does not include illegal, offensive, or content that violates regulations or public morals, and bears sole and full responsibility for this.
The user agrees that the platform has the right to use, publish, or modify comments or feedback provided, without obligation to maintain their confidentiality or pay any compensation for them.
Upon completing any booking or transaction, the user agrees to these terms and any special terms related to the selected service. In case of conflict, the service-specific terms shall prevail.
The user must provide accurate and complete booking and payment information for all transactions, including necessary contact details to complete the service and communicate when needed.
The Arabic version of these terms is the authoritative version. If an English version is available and there is a conflict, the English version shall be the reference.
