Registration and Account

  • Some services and related features available on the website (such as registering to sell, or registering to book or purchase) may require registration. If you choose to register, you must complete and submit the registration form to the store to obtain a username and password. You confirm that all information provided during registration and within your account is true, complete, and accurate, and you agree to notify us immediately of any changes by updating your account information. This includes, but is not limited to, commercial, tourism, or medical registration details, name, phone number, email, and address. Before approval, you must not use a false email address or impersonate any other person.
  • These general Terms and Conditions apply to both sellers and buyers on the Imkan Store and govern your use of the Imkan Store and any related services.
  • Your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is required. If you do not agree to all or part of them, you must not use the Imkan Store.
  • You guarantee that any natural or legal person, or any other legal entity managing your business or organization, will comply with these general Terms and Conditions.
  • You agree that the pronoun "you" in these Terms and Conditions refers to the individual user or the relevant person, company, or legal entity, unless otherwise specified.
  • A customer is not permitted to create more than one account on the store. If more than one account is created, the store management reserves the right to ban the additional accounts.
  • Each user is solely responsible for keeping their password and other account credentials secure. The account holder is fully responsible for all activities conducted under their password or account.
  • You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account.
  • During the registration process, you agree to receive promotional emails from the store. You may later opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of any promotional email.
  • There may be situations where an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The website reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at any time for any reason.
  • You agree that your comments will not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights. Comments must not contain defamatory, illegal, abusive, or obscene material, or include any computer viruses or malware that could affect the service or any related website. You must not mislead us or third parties about the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for the comments you make and their accuracy. We assume no responsibility or liability for them.
  • You agree that we may, at any time and without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, or otherwise use any comments you submit to us. We are not and shall not be obligated to:
    • Maintain any comments in confidence.
    • Pay compensation for any comments.
    • Respond to any comments.
  • Upon completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented during the process (e.g., for accommodation booking, tourism or medical services and programs, car rental, and public or private transportation). In the event of a conflict between general and specific terms, the specific terms will apply.
  • Account Information: You agree to provide complete and accurate booking or purchase information and account data for all transactions made on our store, including your email address so we can complete transactions and contact you as necessary.
  • The English version of these Terms is the original version. If there is any discrepancy between the English and other language versions, the English version shall prevail. (You can change the language at the top of this page.)
