The Imkan platform reserves its right, without exception, to suspend or terminate your use of the platform, application, or services in the event of violation of any of the prohibited uses. Users are prohibited from using the platform or its services for any of the following purposes:
- Any illegal purposes or in violation of applicable regulations.
- Incitement or assistance in committing illegal acts.
- Violating any local, international, or regional laws or regulations, including copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Violating the intellectual property rights of the platform or others.
- Harassment, abuse, defamation, threats, or discrimination in any form.
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- Uploading or transmitting any malicious software, viruses, or harmful codes that may affect the operation of the platform or any other systems.
- Collecting or tracking personal data of others without legal basis or explicit consent.
- Sending spam or fraudulent messages, or engaging in phishing or automated content extraction activities.
- Using the platform for any obscene purposes or violations of public decency.
- Attempting to disable or bypass security systems or measures of the platform or any related websites or systems.
