Terms

The following terms in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings indicated below, unless the context suggests otherwise:

• "Registration" means creating an account on the store and/or the app. "Registration process" refers to the steps to create such an account.
• "Account" means the account created by the user with Imkan.tours, which allows booking travel experiences through the store/app or any of the group's companies.
• "Seller and/or Service Provider" refers to any owner offering accommodation or travel/medical programs and services through the IMKAN.TOURS platform or app.
• "Privacy Policy" refers to the policy outlined in Clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
• "Booking and/or Purchase" means making a booking for accommodation, services, tourism or medical programs, etc., from a seller, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• "Listings" refers to the seller's accommodation or service listings.
• "Services" means all services offered by IMKAN to users through the store or app. "Service" refers to any of them individually.
• "Users" means the individual using the store or app, including you. "User" refers to any one of them.
• "Accommodation" means the lodging service provided by the service provider.
• "Tourism programs, medical tourism, and VIP services" refer to services offered by the provider, including but not limited to tours, museums, landmarks, medical tourism, activities, experiences, and business services.
• "Booking" means making a reservation for accommodation on our platform, whether paid immediately or later.
• "Booking Confirmation" refers to the email and voucher we send detailing your reservation.
• "Transportation Contract" means the contract between you and the provider regarding your trip.
• "Credit" means a benefit with monetary value, including "base/transfer credit" and "travel credit."
• "Credit Card Cashback" means a cash value benefit that can be withdrawn in your registered credit card, but not used for future bookings.
• "Currency Exchange Rate" means the rate we use for currency conversion, which may vary.
• "Trip" means the travel service provided by the service provider (e.g., airline).
• "Group Company" refers to any affiliated company of Imkan.tours, either directly owned or part of the group.
• "Brokerage Contract" (under the "Flights" section) refers to the agreement between you and a third-party broker regarding the flight ticket arrangement.
• "Main Traveler" is the person whose details were entered during booking and who is the only one allowed to change, cancel, or discuss the booking unless they nominate another person.
• "Private On-Demand Transfer Services" refers to the private car requested upon or shortly before arrival at the pickup point.
• "Platform" refers to the website/app through which you can book accommodations and travel services, whether owned/managed by us or by third-party partners.
• "Pay in Your Own Currency" is an option we offer when the provider does not support your local currency. It allows you to pay using your own currency.
• "Payment Methods" include credit card, debit card, bank account, etc.
• "Car Rental" refers to a car service with a private driver provided by the service provider.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms of Service.
• "Third-Party Broker" means the company acting as (a) a broker between you and the provider, or (b) a distributor of the travel experience.
• "Travel Experience" means any travel-related product or service on the platform.
• "Prepayment" means paying for a product or service at the time of booking rather than at the time of use.
