You grant Imkan a global, non-exclusive, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use, referral, copy, publish, translate, and distribute your content through Imkan's marketing channels and any current or future media.
You grant Imkan the right to sublicense the licensed rights to third parties.
You grant Imkan the right to take legal action for infringement of the licensed rights. You acknowledge and warrant that all other moral rights in your content have been waived to the fullest extent permitted by Turkish law.
If you violate the content rules in any way, or if Imkan reasonably suspects that you have violated the content rules, Imkan may remove or cancel the publication of any or all of the seller's content without prejudice to Imkan's other rights under these general terms and conditions.
